Dear friends,
Living in a fast-paced society like ours, we tend to forget many wonderful things that are available in the present moment, in and around us, such as a healthy heart, a blooming flower, or the innocent smile of a child. Let's take a chance to slow ourselves down and get in touch with the present moment and its many wonders: A leisure walk, a playful song of the birds, or a cup of tea with our friends can be great source of joy and happiness that we can cultivate in our daily lives...
We are happy to invite you to our upcoming public talk jointly organized by Poh Ern Shih and Joyful Garden Sangha in Singapore. This time, we are fortunate to have Ven.
